#1 Fresh Rainbow Trout

Our trout is freshly harvested and portioned. Our fresh trout is not frozen before processing and delivery to ensure our customers always get the finest quality trout for their satisfaction. Our trout is sustainably farmed in the heart of Johannesburg. 

The trout will be given in varying portioned fillet sizes from 150 - 200g.
