Our baby leek is freshly harvested and put into our cold chain process of packaging and storing  as quickly as possible to preserve the freshness and flavour for our end consumers. Our produce is sustainably farmed and packaged using a locally sourced bio degradable plastic film. The sustainability of the farming methods used our produce as well as health.
